Speed Dial has all the qualities that the astute breeder is looking for in a sire: speed, balance, conformation, soundeness, and a great disposition.  One of Speed Dial's great attributes was his ability to run and win at an early age.  In his first out at two, Speed Dial won a five furlong race by an amazing 9 3/4 lengths!  He won 3 of 5 starts as a two year-old!

Speed Dial's sire, Phone Trick, A brilliant sprinter, won 9 of 10 career starts. Phone Trick sired 612 winners and 53 stakes winners from 809 starters.  In addition to millionaire and Champion Favorite Trick, he sired 1993 Champion two-year-old filly Phone Chatter, 2002 Dubai Golden Shaheen (UAE-G1) winner and $3,200,000-earner Caller One, and Semoran, Bella Chiarra, Intidab, Mazel Trick, Caller I.D., and Zavata among 22 graded stakes winners.

Speed Dial's dam, Spell Victory, produced multiple stakes winners including What A Spell ($387,243), Maitlin ($135,463), and Speed Dial-reference horse.  Spell Victory is also the grand-dam of stakes winners Joey Franco ($635,091), Miss Lawless ($212,694), and Bob Black Jack ($594,925), World Record holder at 6 furlongs.

62% of Thoroughbred starters sired by Speed Dial are winners including current year, winning runner Hijo De Bueno.  With only one registered AQHA foal, Speed Dial has sired a two-year-old winner at 300 yards and ROM earner.

In 2010, SPEED DIAL stood to a great book of mares including daughters of OKEY DOKEY DALE, MERRIDOC, REAL EASY JET, RED HOT RHYTHM, etc.   Along with the breeders who brought their good mares to SPEED DIAL, we look forward to his first full crop of Quarter Horses foals arriving in 2011!
